The human race is one single global community and the planet earth its homeland. No person or country can remain cloistered from the common challenges we face. We SCO countries are all at a critical stage of development. Being close to each other and sharing common interests are our unique strengths. We need to make full use of these strengths, stay committed to openness and cooperation, and pursue our shared goal of development and rejuvenation.

我们要倡导不同文明交流对话、和谐共生。要在科技、教育、文化、卫生、扶贫等领域打造更多接地气、聚人心项目，用好青年交流营、妇女论坛、媒体论坛、民间友好论坛等平台，发挥好上海合作组织睦邻友好合作委员会等社会团体作用，搭建各国人民相知相亲的桥梁。

We need to encourage exchanges, dialogue, harmony and coexistence between civilizations. We should launch more popular and practical projects in such areas as science and technology, education, culture, health and poverty alleviation. We should fully tap into platforms including the youth exchange camp, women’s forum, media forum, and forum on people-to-people friendship, and give full rein to social organizations such as the Good-neighborliness, Friendship and Cooperation Commission. With these efforts, we can build a bridge of mutual understanding and friendship between the peoples of the SCO countries.

面对恢复经济和保护环境的双重任务，发展中国家更需要帮助和支持。我们要加强团结、共克时艰，让发展成果、良好生态更多更公平惠及各国人民，构建世界各国共同发展的地球家园。

Faced with the dual tasks of economic recovery and eco-environmental protection, developing countries need all the more help and support. We need to strengthen solidarity to overcome difficulties and let people across countries benefit in a broadly inclusive and fair way from development outcomes and a sound eco-environment, so as to build a homeland of common development of all countries.

我愿重申，中方将坚定不移以东盟为周边外交优先方向，坚定不移支持东盟团结和东盟共同体建设，坚定不移支持东盟在区域架构中的中心地区，坚定不移支持东盟在地区和国际事务中发挥更大作用。

I wish to reaffirm that ASEAN will always be a high priority in China’s neighborhood diplomacy. China will continue to support ASEAN unity, the ASEAN community, and ASEAN centrality in the regional architecture, and it will continue to support ASEAN in playing a bigger role in our region and internationally.
