为规范湖北省省级机构英文译名，进一步优化国际化营商环境，根据我省机构改革后省委办公厅、省政府办公厅下发确定的《湖北省省级机构名称》，中共湖北省委外事工作委员会办公室制定了《湖北省省级机构英文译名》规范表述。该英文译名本着“尊重历史、照顾现实、注重本机构意见、参考英语国家相应做法”的原则，尽可能兼顾了译法统一和机构职能的转变，供各相关单位在官方网站、外事活动及对外交流中规范使用。
In order to standardize the English translation of provincial-level institutions and further optimize the international business environment in Hubei Province, the Office of the Foreign Affairs Commission of the CPC Hubei Provincial Committee has issued the normative expression for the English translation of the names of provincial-level institutions in the province. All relevant institutions shall use them on official websites, and while foreign affairs activities and foreign exchanges by reference.
