Relations with Huanggang

In October 2013, at the invitation of the Kannaland Municipal Government, Liu Xuerong, then secretary of the CPC Huanggang Municipal Committee, led a government delegation to South Africa. During the visit, the two sides signed a letter of intent to establish a sister relationship and held an economic and trade promotion conference.

In April 2014, Kannaland City Hall sent a letter to affirm their willingness to promote exchanges and cooperation in agriculture, agricultural product processing, tourism, and other fields at an early date.
