Overview

Tecuci was founded in the 15th century. It is located in the eastern part of Romania on the bank of the Barlad River and is 64 kilometers from Galati City. Tecuci is an important fruit-producing region, grapes in particular. Its main industries are food processing, timber processing and agricultural machinery.

Relations with Zhongxiang

From May 11 to 12, 1995, the then mayor of Galati County led a government delegation to Zhongxiang.
